life is crazy. one minute you're here the next, you're there, and then the next you're back to here again. things happen that you least expect, you get callings you never thought you'd have, your 'life gets flipped, turned upside-down' as the Fresh Prince would say. its a roller coaster ride, its a tunnel with so many branches you could go down. one choice leads to another and before you know it you're lost in a series of weirdy's, bad dates, and worse movies. then you take a step back and realize. you realize life is beauty. life is great. life may not be what you expected, but its definitely got it's up's and thankfully the up's tend to outweigh the down's. a friend once said, "you know that place between awake and asleep? where your mind jumps off in a joyful leap?" i'd rather be awake than there. even if i can be happy living a life divided between sleep and the places between. if i'm awake i understand. i grow. i learn. i know why i'm here. i can help others. even if the "mantle" seems to heavy to bear. my Father in Heaven has a work for me to do. i'm going to do it.
